Business Capabilities & Processes

Postby Gary on Sat Jan 30, 2010 9:51 pm

I notice this relationship is defined as 0:1. It seems to make sense to me to be able to associate a Business Process to more than one Business Capabilty. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems a process could cover multiple capabilities.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your post. Originally we thought that a process would only support one capability as the process defines 'how' the capability is realised, however, we agree that this constraint could cause problems in practice and we will, therefore, alter the meta model as you suggest.

We will post here to let you know when this has been completed.

Thanks for your input.

Just a quick post to let you know that a new meta model update that includes this fix is now available in the Community/Share area to download and apply.
